The Women's Ordination Conference (WOC) works for the ordination of women as priests and bishops into a renewed priestly ministry in the Roman Catholic church. To this end WOC:  Works for justice and equality for women in our church; Strives to eliminate all forms of domination and discrimination in the Catholic church; Advocates inclusive church structures; Supports and affirms women's talents, gifts and calls to ministry.
